We’ve gone on an adventurous hike and we’ve had fun playing slip and slide kickball so what’s next? Croquet! I know this might sound silly and trust me I thought it was too. But my family started playing croquet in the summer time about 15 years ago when I was just about 12 years old and I loved it! I have so many fun memories of drinking lemonade while trying to play croquet. So much laughter and fun!
Here’s What You’ll Need
-A simple Croquet Set (if you don’t have a backyard you can always go to a local park) You can find them at most large retailers and even at thrift stores.

Summer Lime Popcorn
Summer Lime Popcorn is a fun and healthy treat for the summer and it’s really easy to make.
What You’ll Need
1 Large Pot
1 Mixing Bowl
4 tbsp Coconut Oil
1 Cup Popcorn Kernels
A Pinch of Sea Salt
1 tbsp Butter Melted
1 Squeezed Lime Juice
Instructions: In a small bowl add your melted butter and lime juice. Mix and let sit. In a large pot let your coconut oil melt. When your oil is hot add your kernels. Let pop. Place popcorn in large mixing bowl. Add a pinch of salt and your better and lime juice mixture. Lightly toss popcorn. Enjoy!
